1. Return Policy

Our return policy applies exclusively to items purchased on www.homecrown.in.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You can request a return within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all brand tags, MRP labels, and tags.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased during a sale or customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Final Sale: All sale and customized items are final and non-refundable.

Return Request Process

  • Email support@homecrown.in with your return request to obtain approval and a return shipping label.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged Items

Inspect your items promptly upon delivery. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 3 days (72 hours) and provide:

  • A video of unboxing the product.
  • Images of the outer and inner packaging from all sides.
  • Photos of the product highlighting the damage.
  • Details about the packet’s condition upon delivery (intact or torn).

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Within 12 Hours: If you ordered the wrong item, contact us within 12 hours to receive a 100% refund.
  • After Processing: Orders already processed and assigned to the courier cannot be canceled.
  • For unresponsive customers after three attempts, orders will be canceled automatically. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after applicable charges are deducted.

4. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your bank account.

6. Shipping and Pickup Charges

Shipping charges depend on the number of products and their total weight.

7. Color Variation Disclaimer

  • Photography Lighting: Colors displayed on our website may vary slightly due to lighting.
  • Screen Settings: User screen settings and screen-to-screen color differences may result in minor variations.
  • Acceptable Variation: Minor color or size differences of ±2% are considered normal as per global standards.

Returns Due to Color

Returns due to color discrepancies will only be accepted for significant variations and not for minor changes.


8. Additional Information

  • Quality Expectations: Returns for "quality not as per expectations" will not be accepted as perceptions vary. We assure you that we provide the best possible products at competitive prices.
  • Customer Errors: If a customer orders incorrectly, they must ship the product back to our warehouse. Refund or exchange will be processed after an internal audit.
