Return Policy

Our return policy applies exclusively to items purchased on www.homecrown.in. You have a 3-day (72-hour) window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

• Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Packaging: It should be in the original packaging, complete with all brand tags and labels, including MRP labels & tags.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items:

Please note that items purchased during a sale or those that have been customized are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale items and customized orders are final.

Return Request Process:

Initiating a return is easy. Simply contact us at support@homecrown.in to receive approval and a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged Items:

Upon receiving your order, inspect the items promptly. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 3 days (72 hours) with the following details:

• Video of Unboxing the Product
• All side images of the Outer and Inner Packaging
• Images of the delivered product, highlighting the damage
• Condition of the packet at the time of delivery (Intact or Torn)

Cancellation Policy:

Within 12 Hours: Contact us within 12 hours if you’ve ordered the wrong item for a 100% refund. After Processing: Orders processed and assigned to the courier cannot be canceled. Unresponsive customers after three attempts will result in automatic order cancellation, and prepaid orders will be refunded after deduction of applicable charges.

Shipping Returns:

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds:

The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3-7 days after the product is received by us.
